By buying my services/products, you agree either of the following:

General Policy
  • Please allow 2–3 weeks before asking for a commission update.
  • Complex designs may increase the price.
  • It is your responsibility to save the final files. I do not always keep original versions.
  • I offer deals only for large orders.
  • Reposting my art is allowed with credit.
  • ❗️You must be 18 years or older to commission me. No exceptions.
  • Business discussions are primarily handled through email.
Payment
  • All payments must be made in USD via PayPal invoice.
  • ❗️You must use your own PayPal account — no exceptions.
  • Payment is due upfront. I do not work for exposure or trade.
  • If you don’t pay within 72 hours and fail to update me, your order may be dropped.
  • Partial payments only grant access to previews (e.g., sketches). Full payment is required to receive the final file.
  • I may allow payment after the sketch phase, but if not paid within 1 month, your slot is canceled.
  • If you cancel after I’ve started, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
  • No refunds if 50% or more of the work is done.
  • *In an event where you're in need of a refund, PayPal fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount..
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. You may be blacklisted for:
    • Harassment or disrespect
    • Violating my TOS
    • Payment issues or chargebacks
Artist Rights
  • You are paying for my labor, not full ownership of the artwork.
  • I retain all rights to my work, including the right to post, reproduce, or reuse unless otherwise agreed.
  • I will honor anonymity upon request.
  • I may refuse or cancel commissions at any time.
Client Rights
  • You may repost your commissioned work with credit.
  • You may make minor edits to the artwork (e.g., filters, text) if you are the original buyer.
  • You may not claim the work as your own or heavily alter/redistribute it.
  • You may not resell it for profit (merch, prints, etc.).
  • You may resell the original piece or character at or below the original price.
Shipping
  • For traditional art, you must provide your full name and mailing address to receive a quote.
  • Items are mailed in monthly batches.
  • Rush shipping is available for an extra fee.
  • Tracking is included for items like badges and charms.
  • I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during mailing.
  • I can redo the commission at 75% of the original price if requested.
Adopts & Designs
Policy
  • You must save the file after purchase; I don’t guarantee backups.
  • Reposting is allowed with credit
Payment
  • Paid in USD via PayPal invoice.
  • Must be paid within 72 hours or the adopt will be resold.
  • No refunds on adopts.
  • If a chargeback is made, the design is revoked and resold.
Rights
  • You may repost, make small edits (please notify me), or redesign the character itself.
  • You may make minor edits to the actual artwork if you are the buyer.
  • You may resell the design, but not for profit (i.e., no mass prints or merch).
  • I retain all copyrights unless stated otherwise.
